Woqal.ai offers subscription‑based access to its Services. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on the plan you select. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and are exclusive of taxes unless expressly stated.
3. Free Trials and Demo Periods
We may provide a free trial or demo period to allow new customers to evaluate our Services. During the trial period, you may cancel at any time without incurring charges. If you continue using the Services after the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the applicable fees will be charged.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@woqal.ai. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the Services until that date. You will not receive a refund for the remainder of your subscription term.
5. Refunds
Generally, subscription fees are non‑refundable. However, if you experience a material issue with our Services, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of the charge by contacting us at support@woqal.ai. We will review your request on a case‑by‑case basis and notify you of our decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we determine that the claim is unfounded or fraudulent.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Woqal.ai may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund or credit for extenuating circumstances such as documented system outages that significantly disrupt your use of the Services. Any such accommodation does not create an obligation to provide future refunds under similar circumstances.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on our website. Continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
